You don't have to figure everything out on your own.
Keep everything together.
Always think ahead.
It’s easy to downplay what you’re going through and carry on as if everything is fine.
But just because you’ve been coping doesn’t mean it hasn’t been hard.
You can handle a lot—but that doesn't mean it isn't costing you.
When your mind is always switched on, rest never feels like rest.
You don’t have to dismiss your own experience to deserve support.
Perhaps you've been carrying more than people realise...
You're tired of editing yourself.
Tired of second-guessing.
Tired of pretending you're okay when you're overwhelmed.
Tired of masking.
Tired of feeling different.
Tired of being the person who understands everyone else while feeling misunderstood yourself.
And tired of wondering whether life is supposed to feel this hard...
We'll work towards helping you feel safer in yourself, calmer in your mind, and more connected to who you are.

Hi, I'm Nela, a psychotherapist working in-person in Preston or online across the UK.
Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying difficult experiences, struggling with self-doubt, or trying to cope with anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma.

SO WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?
Step 1. Free Introductory Call
We start with a free 30-minute call. This is a chance to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure or obligation.

Step 2. Book your first session
If you decide to continue, we’ll book your first full session. This is where we begin to explore things in more depth, understand what you’re struggling with, and start shaping a way forward that feels manageable for you.
Step 3. Begin meaningful change
From there, therapy becomes a consistent space for reflection, support, and growth. Over time, you can start to understand patterns more clearly, feel more in control, and make changes that support a more balanced and fulfilling life.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.
Starting is simply taking the first step.
