A Bit About Me
I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and that the work we do together should be tailored to your unique needs and experiences. My approach is relational, which means that the connection between us is at the heart of the work. I aim to be real and authentic, and I hope to create a space where you feel truly heard and understood.

I am deeply committed to creating a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and respected, and I take particular care to ensure that neurodivergent clients, LGBTQ+ clients, and those from diverse cultural backgrounds feel safe, understood, and welcomed. I aim to celebrate differences rather than overlook them, and I adapt the therapy space and my approach to ensure it truly fits your needs. For me, inclusivity isn’t just about words—it’s about how you experience the space, the relationship, and the process of therapy itself. I believe that healing begins when your story is truly heard.

What I love most about being a therapist is the opportunity to connect with people, learn from their experiences, and walk alongside them as they make sense of their lives. My goal is to provide a space where you can reflect, grow, and find ways forward that feel meaningful to you.

In my personal life, I love to read, walk my dog Lilo, who is a lively little Chihuahua and have singing sessions - just for me - where I can let go and enjoy the music. I love spending time in nature, but I’m also a bit of a homebody who enjoys quiet evenings at home.
