Psychotherapy & Counselling
Perhaps you've been experiencing some of the following:
Putting others first at your own expense.
Feeling numb, disconnected, or 'not really here'.
Fear of being too much or not enough.
Struggling to trust people or your own reactions.
Feeling lost or unsure of yourself.
Finding it hard to feel safe, even when you logically know you are.
If any of this feels familiar, you don’t have to face it on your own.
Therapy is a space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through and begin to understand yourself more deeply. It offers time to pause, reflect, and explore the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we can gently focus on the issues that feel most important to you and work towards greater clarity, self-compassion, and change.
My approach is relational and paced. I work with both emotional and physical experiences to pay attention to how trauma lives in the body as well as the mind. I have experience working with clients who have experienced sexual abuse and domestic violence. I offer an affirming and inclusive space and work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients. I work with adults (18+) and offer therapy in both English and Polish.
