Get in Touch
Getting in touch to start therapy can feel like a big and sometimes daunting step, and I want you to know that this is completely normal. Choosing to reach out is an act of courage and self-care, and it shows that you are ready to explore, reflect, and take steps toward feeling better. My aim is to make the first contact as welcoming and straightforward as possible, and I will do my best to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.
What to do next?
I offer a free online 30-minute session for you to see if I am the right therapist for you. When you get in touch, we can arrange a convenient time for us to meet. The free 30-minute call is a no-obligation space for us to connect and see whether working together feels right for you. There is no pressure to commit to therapy — it’s simply a chance to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and decide if I’m the right fit. If working together feels right for you, we can look at available times and book your first session when you’re ready.
My preferred method of communication is via text message or email, as I am not always able to answer phone calls during the day. This allows me to respond as promptly and thoughtfully as possible while maintaining focus during sessions.
After you send your enquiry, I’ll reply as soon as I can. If you don’t see my response within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder just in case it has landed there.
